Buenos Aires Dental Hospital to Open in January to Relieve Pressure

Buenos Aires, December 22 (NA) – The Odontological Hospital of the University of Buenos Aires announced that it will provide care during January and February, aiming to cover the high demand and avoid the frequent collapse that occurs in March. Official sources informed the Argentine News Agency that routine treatments such as extractions, fillings, root canals, implants, and prosthetics will be carried out. The institution indicated that patients will not need appointments; they must enter exclusively through the emergency room, from where they will be referred to one of the five clinics that will be in operation. “Starting Monday, January 5, clinical attention will be provided in morning, afternoon, and night shifts with 300 teams that the Faculty will make available simultaneously,” the UBA stated. It was also emphasized that tariffs have not been modified, which is why more than 500 teachers and professionals will attend to the demand with the same 2025 values. IP This initiative aims to decompress the high flow of patients that develops in March.
